As Executive Director of ACG International, Dr. Kinder promotes the expansive applications of the ACG System globally and supports users in its implementation. She oversees the general operations, strategic planning, and market identification, as well as user support services.
Since joining the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2005, Dr. Kinder has gained in-depth knowledge of international health systems through numerous projects and academic assignments.
Dr. Kinder received her Doctorate in 2000 from the Hopkins Bloomberg School's Department of Health Policy and Management (HPM). She first became involved in the HPM Department's ACG project in 1992. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
Dr. Kinder has been living in Europe for the past 17 years.
